Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed and credited to your GrocDash Wallet within 6-7 working days from the approval of your request.
  • The credited amount can be used for future purchases on GrocDash.

Important Notes

  • Perishable Products: Refunds or replacements for perishable products (such as fresh food, dairy, and meat) will only be considered if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, no refunds or replacements will be processed.
  • Grocery Items: No returns or refunds are available on grocery products once delivered.
  • Fashion Category: Returns and refunds are only available for fashion products, subject to our return policy.
