RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GROCDASH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality meals on time, every time. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or redeliveries may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.
  • Late Delivery: If the order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery time), and not due to force majeure or customer unavailability.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address.
  • Food items consumed more than 30% before the issue was reported.

2. No Return Policy

The users shall acknowledge that, any particular food or beverage item is strictly non-returnable. GROCDASH adheres to strict policy of non-returnable items.

However, the users shall acknowledge that in an event where, the customer has placed online order of foods and beverages at any particular Restaurant, Hotel or Café and that particular order turns out to be defective or not in a condition to consume, in that case, GROCDASH ensures that the amount paid by the Customer or the User for defective item, shall be credited back to the User and the same will be updated on the User’s Wallet.  

How to Request a Return

To request a return or redelivery, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order through one of the following:

3. Resolution Timeframe

Our team will review your complaint and respond within 24 hours. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 5 minutes after placing the order. After this period, the order is considered final, and preparation may begin.

We strive to ensure that your grocery delivery experience is convenient, fresh, and hassle-free. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items reported after the 24-hour window.
  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective).
  • Personal preference or change of mind.

The users shall make sure that if any Grocery Item is ordered online to any Vendor through our Website and that particular Grocery Item turns out to be damaged or defective, in such case the User must reach out to our Customer Care services.

The Users shall acknowledge that in an event where, the customer has placed online order of any Grocery Item at any particular Grocery Store and that particular Grocery Item turns out to be defective or  damaged, in that case, GROCDASH ensures that the amount paid by the Customer or the User for defective item, shall be credited back to the User and the same will be updated on the User’s Wallet.  

 

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If there’s an issue with your order:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@grocdash.com or through the app/website.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos (if applicable).

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

3. Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us within 12 hours of your expected delivery time. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Cancellation Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once delivered.
  • Refunds will only be issued if services were not rendered or if there was a technical error preventing access.
  • Refund amount will be credited into the Wallet within a timeframe of 4-7 days from the date of request of refund amount.

Refund Process

To request a refund or adjustment:

  1. Email us at our given E-mail ID or reach out to us to our Customer Support with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our customer care team will review your request.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 4-7 business days.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services already rendered or partially completed.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the service has been delivered as described.
  • Gift cards or promotional services.
